Food was good. I had grilled chicken. My husband had smothered chicken. Salad bar was very good. Would go there again. Service was good. Good old fashioned cooking. Quiet atmosphere...

We have started eating dinner there most weekends because of the delicious seafood buffet. All you can eat shrimp, fish, chicken, grits, several country cooked veggies, bread, a full salad bar and dessert, plus drink all for one price. Sometimes the fish is better than other times, not sure why. But the shrimp is always great! Clean, friendly atmosphere. Plenty of seating allowing privacy between tables. Servers always friendly and attentive. They keep the bar hot and full of great food. One of our favorite places to eat.

This was a nice place to visit. We stopped here because it had good reviews, now I know why. Food was good, service was great. Not to bad for the price either. I would like to come back sometime when we are in the area. It's a nice little cozy place for a little mental break from the highway.

This place never disappoints. No fuss, no frills, real southern cooking. We stop here every time we are in the area.

The banana pudding is real ya'll. It's not banana flavored pudding with vanilla wafers. It actually has banana and cool whip and vanilla pudding. The red velvet cake was dry but, the desert cakes are big slices. Bar was your main Sunday dinner stuff homemade mac and cheese, fried chicken, sweet potatoes, rice and gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, roast beef, large limas, collard greens (made with vinegar, ham) and squash casserole,small salad bar. They have homemade yeast rolls and sweet cornbread. The SWEET TEA was delicious. You cant get Sunday dinner without tea. They only complaint I have it was 60.00 for 4 of us to eat buffet. Wonderful customer service! Great food as well! Definitely a nice place to get a quick bite to eat due to the buffet they have available. They also have meals if you’re looking to sit and dine

This place is fantastic. I got the sweet potato fries and BBQ sandwich, and that was the best BBQ sandwich i have ever had. Literally, ever. And the sweet potato fries were absolute perfection.

Great service, nice staff. Bar has options but still a little limited. They do offer a full menu though which gives you alot more options. Will visit again the next time I am in town. Food was delicious.

This place is so good, you will want to come back for more even before you leave. The food will leave your stomach happier than a pig in mud. The variety is superb and there is more than enough food to fill even the most hungry person. The atmosphere is cool. The staff is pretty awesome. Oh yeah, you will like this place and the prices are decent.

We are sick of fast food on the road, and have been Googling local restaurants. Have found some really great food. This is one of those. Great food, generous portions and attentive staff.

Wonderful hospitality. Keeps bringing me back. Great environment wonderful staff. Always clean. The hot bar is always full, clean and organize. Something different every day to choose from.If you leave hungry it's your fault. Don't take my word stop by and give them a try. You want regret it. Good assortment of desserts also. Has a menu for the ones that isn't that hungry including children.

Honest pricing, good food, this was a very lucky stop on our way back home, if we pass by again, I’ll be more than happy to stop again! Enjoyed it a lot!!

Nice place for good southern style food. They had a small buffet with salad and dessert as well. We paid a little more for the seafood buffet on the weekend, but it was a little underwhelming. The fried shrimp were excellent, aside from that not much in the way of seafood. Service was good.

WOW!!!! We asked the front desk clerk about this place. She HIGHLY recommended it. So we went. Food was excellent. Prices were not high. Everything about it was great. We HIGHLY recommend. If you're traveling I-95 in South Carolina, take exit 57, Walterboro, go east about 1/2 mile. On left, look for the bright yellow sign.

Excellent food!!! Best fried chicken I ever had. The restroom was spotless. The Host and wait staff were very friendly. It has now become my regular spot when I'm in the area. I can't say enough good things about Olde House. Home sweet home cooking.

My brother has talked about how good the food is at Olde House Cafe for years and my wife and I finally got a chance to try it. We got the buffet and it was delicious! The fried chicken was was moist and mouth watering. The beef stew was amazing, along with the green beans, potatoes and gravy, rice and some of the best Mac and cheese I've ever eaten! The salad bar was very fresh and well stocked. I really like how they cut their lettuce into small pieces. For dessert, banana pudding and red velvet cake. Yum yum yum! All the ladies were so nice and made us feel very welcome and the place is very clean. It reminded me of eating at Grandma's house. Looking forward to returning very soon 😊 and we did on MLK Day returning from Tampa. Once again it was delicious and Lynn and the other ladies took great care of us. Best black eye peas ever! Thanks to everyone for making us feel like regulars. We'll be back soon 😊

I like this place. Not fancy but the food was all good and basic. The smothered chicken was great. I just had a grilled cheese that was done perfectly. The buffet looked enticing but I had the same food at another buffet yesterday. No soups here. A great little diner for comfort food.

Small and quaint atmosphere, but was seated right away. Avoid church crowd and peak lunch hour. Food was as good as it gets with lots of variety. Staff very friendly and going back today and bringing new customers.

Old-fashioned "meat and three" kind of place. Smacks of home cooking in taste and friendliness. Never had bad food or service. If you can't find something to eat here, you ain't hungry.
